Hello
Varsha,
How are you?? and your futur husband?
Sorry for the big delay, but time pass to quikly....
Here I join some pictures of our wonderful trip.
If you want more tell me (we had about 1300 pictures....we are crazy :-))
Some friend are interested to visit you, but rather in 2007 like us...
We would like to visit the south (Kerala and Karnataka) in 2007! When is it
the best time to visit this part of India (May is it to late because of the
rain season)??
I hope you 'll be able to organize our trip!
Some of our postcard (posted to the reception desk of our hotel, Howard Park
Plaza in Agra) are never arrived.... All the other posted in our hotel were
arrived quikly. Did you already have that kind of problem with this hotel? Fortunately
we sent the most part of our post cards before....
All of us wish you a nice end of year, and a new year 2006 full of beautiful
moments.
Gilles

Hope you had a happy Diwali. It was a shame we missed you when we came into
the office because we would have liked to say a big THANK YOU for all your help
and for organising such a wonderful tour for us.
The service was excellent and we will certainly recommend your company to any
friends planning to visit India. We would particularly like to praise the services
of our main driver and his helper, known to us as Captain and Surinder. Their
competent, safe driving gave us confidence and a comfortable journey always.
The Tempo Traveller was a great success and ensured the children coped with
the long journeys very well as there was room to more about and be comfortable.
We really enjoyed our last minute visit to Agra over Diwali - the Taj Mahal
is truly majestic. We were very happy with most of the hotels. The only exception
was the Quality Inn HimDev which was noticeably below the standard of the other
hotels and was disappointing.
Thank you again for your help.
With our best wishes
Taylor Family

Subject: Feedback on the tour Dear Varsha, Ganesh and Martin,
Thank you for the excellent service you all provided to my tour participants
on our recent South India tour. It was greatly appreciated by all. You went
out of your way at times to make things work. We also appreciated the expert
help in Madurai. Luke was an exceptional guide to the temple and you can send
him my compliments. We got along fine in Bangalore as well. I will certainly
call upon you again for help with my tours and travel needs.
Sincerely yours,
Alice Clark

Dear Varsha,
First of all, we would like to thank you for all your help. We really
appreciate the professionalism of your company and the kindness of you
and your staff.
We really enjoyed the tour and our driver/friend makes our visit in
India very pleasant and comfortable. He is not only a very good driver,
but also a good man and a good friend. The car was always in perfect
condition and clean, he is an expert driver and very kind man. We often
said him "you are a gentleman".
I would be very grateful if you could send him our greetings and the
attached pictures. Please note that we asked him to spent some hours
with us at the beach.
Be sure that our entire friend will know about the quality of the Compass
India service and we hope to visit again India.

it was a memorable trip. We will definitely be recommending it to our friends.
And looking forward to coming back for another trip.

Dear Shweta,
We returned from India over two months ago. I intended to mail this to you soon
after returning but we were very exhausted after our trip and had to return
to work immediately on the 10th of Jan. In addition we suffered jet lag for
almost two weeks.
This note is to say that we enjoyed our trip extremely. All the arrangements
our of highest order and so were the hotels, including the Clarks at Agra and
Jaipur. The best hotel of course was Umaid Bhawan in Jodhpur. We had slight
problem and delay in checking in to the Clarks in Agra where they first said
that they could not give us the rooms adjacent to each other but eventually
they did. All the guides were good and gave us appropriate advice at most places.
We had a tiny sour note in Jaisalmer. The person who took us for the camel rides
to the sand dunes charged us Rs. 1200 for four of us (two camels) instead of
Rs 500 to 600. We came to know about this later on from the hotel reception.
It is really not the amount of money which matters but the fact that we felt
cheated. I told the guide about this later on.
Apart from these two minor problems things were fine. Our special thanks to
Mr. Mansingh, the driver who looked after us well. Pl convey our regards to
him.
Last but not least I want to express a special thanks and commendation for your
hard work, prompt replies, attention to details and patience in arranging our
trip. We changed our itinerary a few times (not intentionally) and still you
were very helpful. Please feel free to pass this on to your managers.
Yours Sincerely,
Sanjeev.

Dear Durjay,
What a wonderful holiday. It was nice to meet you and thank you from Kath and
myself for our presents which were very generous.
You have obviously got excellent staff working for you, there was not one time
that we were not welcomed, on time and graciously throughout the whole of our
journey. You obviously have an excellent organization in place.
Repeating what Eifion has said with regard to the Goa meals. Please be honest
and tell us if we have spent over the allowance because we are totally content
with the value for money we have received and would be only too pleased to pay
an additional supplement should it be necessary.
Please be happy to use our name and my email address should other British people
wish to look for a recommendation to your Company. We will obviously be telling
our friends and relatives anyway but you will have a much larger clientele than
we would be speaking to.
Once more, thank you very much indeed, we felt totally relaxed as we knew we
were in safe hands throughout the whole of our journey and adventure around
India.
Yours sincerely
